Dr. Sonam Rathi has 10 years of clinical experience in the field of ENT, having served as a Senior Resident in the Department of ENT at SGRRM&HS, Dehradun (Uttarakhand), an ENT surgeon in the Department of RIMS, Raichur (Karnataka), and as a Consultant in the ENT Department at Apollo Hospitals, Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh).

Dr. Sonam Rathi is currently the Senior Consultant & Unit Head of ENT (Ear Nose Throat) at Max Healthcare, a position she has held since 2024. She has previously worked as a Consultant in the ENT Department at Apollomedics Super Specialty Hospital, Lucknow (2019–2024), an ENT Surgeon in the Department of RIMS, Raichur (2017–2019), and a Senior Resident in the Department of ENT at SGRRM&HS, Dehradun (2015–2017).
